When you’re fighting an invisible battle no one can see with thoughts of suicide, sometimes you need physical objects to help you fight for another day. For times like these, a suicide prevention kit can be so crucial.
In this specially tailored kit, you’ll find a collection of items that help you remember your reasons to keep living — even when you feel all hope is lost. If this sounds like a fantastic idea, but you don’t know where to start, no need to look further.
This kit focuses on supporting gamers and individuals with new printed resources and sensory items from Guardians Mental Health and To Write Love on Her Arms. We hope they make a significant impact on the individuals that request them.
